Your Pathway Plan

Our Process

Start

Who it's For

Built for current HBCU students (CS + non-CS) and HBCU alumni / recent grads who want a clear pathway into tech or tech-adjacent careers—like data, cybersecurity, IT, product, and UX—with real support and real connection.

Navigate

Your Roadmap

We begin with an intake + pathway plan to align goals, strengths, and track fit. Then you complete a career readiness foundation (resume, interviewing, and professionalism) and join BTI Labs for practical support like LinkedIn refreshes, mock interviews, and portfolio guidance.

Earn

Credentials & Tracks

You’ll choose a third-party certification track aligned to your target role. Credentials are earned through partner platforms (BTI provides the structure, coaching, labs, and community). Example tracks include Saylor Career Readiness, Google Career Certificates (via Coursera), and DataCamp skills like Python and SQL.

What You’ll Walk Away With
