Track Overview

A career-acceleration track for people already in tech—designed to help you move up, not start over.

Tech Climber is for professionals who have the skills (or are building them) but need a clearer route to the next level. We help you define the role you’re aiming for, identify what’s missing—skills, proof, confidence, or visibility—and turn it into a simple, actionable Climber Plan you can follow.

From there, you’ll choose a focus lane (Data, Cyber, Project/Product, AI + Automation, or Cloud/IT) and work through short, practical learning blocks paired with hands-on labs and portfolio sprints. Every step is supported by mentor feedback, peer accountability, and coaching that helps you communicate your impact like someone ready for senior responsibility.

The goal is straightforward: you leave with real work to show, a stronger professional brand, and direct connection to BTI’s ecosystem through events, showcases, and partner touchpoints—so your growth is seen, not just felt.

You’ll leave with a 90-day Climber Plan, join an accountability pod, and start building your career story through BTI Labs—resume/LinkedIn positioning, interview reps, and proof-of-work guidance that turns your experience into promotion-ready impact.

Credentials & Tracks

You’ll choose a lane-aligned skill sprint or certification track based on your target role. Credentials are earned through trusted partner platforms (BTI doesn’t issue certifications)—while BTI provides the structure: coaching, labs, portfolio builds, and community support. Example tracks can include Google Career Certificates (via Coursera), DataCamp (Python/SQL), cloud fundamentals, security foundations, and role-based tool labs that match real job expectations.
