CAREER-SHIFTER PATHWAYS

DSC08641_1.jpg

The Pathway

A guided transition into tech for working adults—powered by coaching, partner credentials, and real-world connection.

BTI surrounds career shifters with structure: weekly cohort sessions, mentor support, trusted learning partners, and community-based touchpoints that keep progress moving.

The Career-Shifter Program is our step-by-step navigation model that helps participants pick a clear target role, build career readiness, complete third-party certifications, and create proof of capability (projects, case studies, or work samples)—then connect to real opportunities through employer spotlights, warm introductions, and hiring-focused experiences.
