Career Shifter is for people who are ready to move into tech but do not want to do it alone. Through BTI Access+, members choose this pathway to get clearer direction, stronger career support, and a practical plan they can actually follow.
We help you identify the role you want to move toward, understand what skills or proof you still need, and build forward with support around you. That includes coaching, community, career readiness help, trusted learning partners, and accountability that keeps you moving.

Credentials + Support
Members choose a third-party certification or learning track aligned with where they want to grow. BTI does not issue the certifications. We provide the surrounding support: structure, coaching, labs, accountability, and community to help members keep moving and finish strong.
