A high-trust mentor network that connects BTI participants to real professionals for guidance, accountability, and honest insight into tech careers.

BTI matches participants with industry mentors across data, cybersecurity, product, project and program management, software, AI, and related fields through 1:1 connections, mentor circles, office hours, and community-based touchpoints.

This network exists to help people navigate tech with stronger support, clearer expectations, and more real-world context. BTI facilitates guidance, encouragement, and ecosystem connection—not job placement.
